Steven Rovithis is an accomplished entrepreneur and visionary leader in the real estate industry, known for his expertise, innovation, and commitment to agent success.
With 18 years of experience as a broker-owner, Steve started his career by owning and operating a Century 21 franchise for 8 years before founding and building ROVI Homes from the ground up. Over the course of nearly a decade, he grew ROVI Homes into one of the top residential sales organizations in New England and Florida, with a network of over 250 agents and a strong focus on fostering agent growth and success.

After years of building and leading ROVI Homes, Steve made the strategic decision to merge his brokerage with REAL Broker. This move was driven by his belief that joining REAL would provide a better opportunity for his agents and offer a platform to help other agents, team leaders, and broker-owners achieve their goals.

In addition to his leadership in residential real estate, Steve’s entrepreneurial spirit has led him to launch several successful ventures. He is a partner in Seven Roads Media, a real estate media company focused on delivering innovative marketing and branding solutions. Steve also founded SR Commercial Realty, expanding his reach in the commercial real estate sector and providing clients with comprehensive solutions across the full spectrum of real estate services.

Throughout his career, Steve has been dedicated to developing and empowering those around him, providing them with the tools and resources needed to thrive in a competitive market. His commitment to innovation, strategic thinking, and agent success continues to shape the future of real estate.

When he's not working, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife, Marin, and their two children, Ella and Max.
